Don Valk started The Assured Group and has always maintained an integral role in running it. His more than 30 years of development and management expertise gives Assured the solid foundation it grows on, and has passed on invaluable knowledge to those who help run it.

Blair Valk
Vice President

After studying business, Blair Valk started learning to help run the company under the auspices of her father. She now leads the main offices. First working in the field with development projects, she now also deals with all top level human resources and financial management.

Sharron Valk
Director of Marketing

Sharron handles all marketing campaigns and material for the company. Having studied business and art, she concieves and implements projects and refinements to The Assured Group's image, advertising, as well as teambuilding endeavors.
