The Assured Group was formed by Don Valk in California in 1980 around his existing Assured Self Storage company to manage and nurture his growing portfolio of real estate, storage facilities and other creative business enterprises. It has always been a family owned and operated business that offers a warm, personal relationship with their customers along with excellent service and quality products.

The Group is now the parent and active management company of the original Assured Self Storage (now over 20 locations), as well as Assured Realty, and Assured Business Parks.

Don Valk is owner and president of The Assured Group, and he is supported by his family and staff who take great pride in developing, managing, and innovating in all areas of the business.
